The NC State School of Computer Science sponsored a logomark design to commemorate their 50th anniversary. I developed a logo system that could be applied to celebration stationery, banners, clothing, and more.

Out of over thirty designed marks, mine was one of the final five considered. The form was inspired by the system of binary code and its ability to convey complex messages using simple, repeated forms. The logo uses mirrored shapes and can be applied in a variety of line weights and patterns. It exemplifies the way that elaborate, beautiful creations can be built out of simple, interrelated structures.
